Pro Work´s main activities focus on development and implementation of innovations in the field of education and training. Increasing the digital, literacy and numeracy skills of low literate adults is in the centre of activities. Pro Work is experienced in European cooperation and most of the projects are related to career developmen t and transition from school to employment.

Arcigay Agorà Pesaro-Urbino (Italy) is a local branch of the Italian LGBTQIA+ association Arcigay, working to promote equality, inclusion and the protection of LGBTQIA+ rights. The organisation carries out awareness campaigns, educational activities and support services for the community. Together with a consortium of local associations, Arcigay Agorà designed and currently is partner of “Rainbow Hub”, the first anti-discrimination centre in the Marche region, which has been funded three times and provides support to people experiencing discrimination. Within the IPSI project, Arcigay Agorà contributes expertise on LGBTQIA+ inclusion, advocacy and community engagement.
InErudico is a regional non-profit organization focused on non-formal education, career counseling, and inclusion. It supports vulnerable individuals, particularly those with mental health conditions, disabilities, and long-term unemployment, in accessing education and the labour market. Since 2018, InErudico has helped over 70 individuals gain employment through mentoring, training, and employer collaboration.
