Kick-off of the IPSI Project
On 9 November, the international partners of the new IPSI project — Inclusive Pathways: Strengthening Intermediaries to Support LGBTQIA+ Employees and Job Seekers — gathered in Eindhoven for the official kick-off meeting.
The project aims to strengthen LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the workplace by equipping HR professionals and career counselors with the knowledge and tools needed to promote diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusive career guidance.
At the meeting, representatives of the three partner organisations —PRO WORK (Netherlands), Arcigay Agora (Italy) and InErudico (Czech Republic), — came together. During the session project responsibilities were divided, the timeline was outlined, and the foundation for the upcoming activities was set. Everyone left with clearly defined tasks and shared motivation.
We met in a warm and friendly atmosphere, enhanced by the vibrant Glow Festival, which illuminated the entire city of Eindhoven.
Currently we are working on the project’s official website — and we look forward to presenting it to you very soon!
